The cool morning inspired me to make something with all the
fall spices that I love— cinnamon, nutmeg, & ginger. These yummy doughnuts
are super moist, full of flavor, and the best part is they are baked!
Pre heat oven to 350
Place the following in a mixing bowl and mix together
½ cup vegetable
oil
3 large eggs
1 ½ cups
granulated sugar
1 can pumpkin purée (15 oz size)
1 ½ teaspoons
pumpkin pie spice
1 ½ teaspoons
salt
Beat everything together until smooth and then add
2 cups of Pamela’s Baking & Pancake mix
Blend until smooth.
Grease doughnut pan (I used a spray) and fill about ¾ full.
Cook for about 15-18 minutes.
They are very delicate so gently turn them out onto a
cooling rack.
I let them cool for about 5 minutes then I put them in a bag of cinnamon
and sugar.

Ahhhh a doughnut pan! Cool!
ReplyDeleteMaybe I need to ask for one of those for Christmas!
So I told my hubby I wanted a donut pan for Christmas and showed him a picture of what they looked like.
ReplyDeleteAnd he asked "What do you want one of these for?"
I said "Duh! So I can make you donuts!"
